All users of the OASIS Software automatically become members of the User Group. The unique nature of the support contract between Beaver Software and the User Group ensures that the same level and quality of support is provided to all members on the same basis, regardless of size or status of the school.

The User Group provides a variety of training courses for members throughout the year. Software can also be commissioned by the User Group, as needed by the members.
