This site keeps 3 pieces of information about each of our members on the internet:.

• Username to log into the member area and display the correct parts of the site.
• Password to log into the member area and display the correct parts of the site.
• Email address to allow the site to automatically email your password to you in case you forget it.

This information is the bare minimum necessary for the site to function. You may request to view the information and have it changed (for which we are allowed to charge up to £10.00) according to the Data Protection Act. You may request that your email address be removed from the site (which we'll do, but the 'Forgot Password' feature won't work for you then). Every effort has been made to safeguard your data and we will not divulge any of it to any third party.
