Registration
module, allowing you to keep track of enquiries and registrations to your
school. Different stages of registrations can be tracked. Letters, labels
and user-defined reports are available at any time.

pupil information includes standard information such as form, year-group,
house, school (e.g. Junior, Senior ), birth date, nationality, religion,
birth place, tutor, and previous school. User definable fields are also
available and a number of ‘status’ codes can be used to group pupils having
particular attributes.

text can be entered per pupil and per address for user-defined topics .

Standard
reports and lists can be printed, as well as user-definable reports, letters
and labels. Export facilities allow you to integrate your pupil data with
word-processing systems or other data-bases. Text search criteria can be
used to locate all pupils having a specified text string as part of their
comments, address or text fields. Hence, for example, you can easily locate
all pupils with allergies, or all pupils living in a selected area.

number of addresses can be set up for any particular pupil. Also, family
members at the school may all share the same address.

transfer of pupils to new forms at the end of year, or out of the
school if they have left. If they have been transferred out, they can easily be
restored again if necessary.
